Casapri Mission

My name isย Priya Tamang, and I am an herbalist, wellness educator, and the founder of Casapri, a South Asian herbal Spa inspired by traditional Nepali herbal practices.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology with a focus in Pre-Medical Studies and have also obtained certifications as a Medical Assistant and Dermatology Technician. Through my education and hands-on experiences, I have accumulated more than 1,000 hours of experience working alongside Medical Doctors, Physician Assistants, Pediatricians, Orthopedic professionals, Neurologists, Nurse Practitioners, Sound Healers, Therapeutic Mentors, and Herbalists. These experiences have given me the opportunity to explore wellness through both Western and Eastern perspectives.

At Casapri, I bring these perspectives together through Ayurvedic-inspired services rooted in traditional Nepali herbal practices. My offerings include herbal wellness services for men and women, herbal hair masks, herbal hair-growth oils, herbal cold teas, creative hairstyling, herbal and scalp massages, and other holistic experiences. With my background in both Eastern and Western approaches to wellness, I enjoy helping clients explore different perspectives and identify practices that may complement their individual needs and goals.

My passion extends beyond individual services. I deeply value community, connection, and education. Regardless of nationality, ethnicity, background, or skin type, we all share the same human experience. Over the past two years, I have reached more than 250,000 people through my social media platforms and have cultivated a growing community of returning clients who connect with the experiences, services, and events created through Casapri.

One of my favorite ways to bring people together is through interactive wellness and educational workshops. I have hosted experiences ranging from paint and sip, ginger wellness shots and introductory lymphatic-system education to lymphatic drainage, build-your-own sage and burn workshops, planting activities, affirmation workshops, and more.

I am especially passionate about creating educational wellness experiences for younger generations. I believe children can benefit from learning age-appropriate information about their bodies, the foods and drinks they consume, everyday stress, and healthy lifestyle practices. Introducing wellness education early can help young people develop a more intentional and respectful relationship with their bodies and overall well-being.

At the heart of Casapri is heritage.

Casapri was inspired by my grandmother, a former monk, whose wisdom, knowledge, and herbal recipes were passed down through generations. After her passing, I made it my mission to honor her legacy by preserving and sharing the natural traditions she entrusted to our family.

Alongside the knowledge passed down to me by my grandmother and my mother in Nepal, I continue to explore and share traditional herbal care through thoughtfully crafted products and experiences. Whenever possible, Casapri's herbal offerings are created with organically grown herbs sourced from farms in Nepal that practice sustainable and respectful cultivation.

Every offering at Casapri represents something deeply personal to us: nature, heritage, education, community, and care. Ourย  mission is to honor where I come from while creating meaningful wellness experiences for the people I serve. Through Casapri, I hope to preserve the wisdom passed down through my family while encouraging others to become more curious, intentional, and connected to their own well-being.

Casapri is more than a business. It is a continuation of my family's story and a way for us to share that story with the world.

My name is Priya Tamang S. I was born and raised in Nepal and moved to the United States with my family when I was 11 years old. We arrived knowing no one, and together we learned how to adjust to a completely new way of life. Ever since I was a child, I've been deeply curious about the world around me. I've always loved nature, and I've been painting and drawing for as long as I can remember. Art has always been my way of expressing myself and connecting with others. I've also always felt a deep connection to all living beings.
One of the greatest blessings in my life was being welcomed by the Suarez family, who embraced me as one of their own. I am forever grateful for the love they showed me and for introducing me to their home, their Puerto Rican culture, history, traditions, food, and hospitality. Their kindness became an important part of my journey. Casapri Paint & Sip is inspired by both my Nepali and Puerto Rican roots. My mission is to bring people together through art, music, nourishing food, herbal drinks, meaningful conversations, and shared experiences.

Lady J discovered her love for music at just 6 years old, using songwriting as a way to process her thoughts, emotions, and as well as experiences. By sixteen, she made the decision to pursue music wholeheartedly, turning a personal outlet into a lifelong purpose.Since 2016, Lady J has worked alongside longtime engineer and producer Johnnygxst, building a sound rooted in authenticity and creative trust. Together, they've developed a style that blends Hip-Hop/Rap with melodic rap, Jersey club, and psychedelic R&B, pairing heartfelt lyricism with infectious melodies.ย Every song Lady J creates comes from real life. Neima Hussein - Henna Artist

Neima Hussein is the proud owner and founder of Nais Henna. What began as a simple hobby; creating a few lines and dots for personal enjoymentโ€”grew into a meaningful artistic journey. As her passion developed, she dedicated herself to learning the history, cultural significance, and traditions of henna, transforming it into a powerful form of self-expression.
Inspired by a family of entrepreneurs, Neima realized she had the ability to build something of her own. As a Somali Bantu woman, she is passionate about sharing her culture through her artistry. Each henna design reflects values that are deeply rooted in her heritage, including care, respect, faith, and love.
Through Nais Henna, Neima strives to let her artwork tell stories that words sometimes cannot, creating meaningful experiences while celebrating the beauty and richness of her culture with every client.

Marlborough St Band

Marlborough St Band is a vibrant local band from Springfield, MA, bringing a blend of original music and crowd-favorite covers to stages throughout the area. With four years of experience performing in the Springfield music scene, the band brings an energetic, joyful presence to every performance.
Each of the three core members writes and performs original music in their own distinct style, giving Marlborough St Band a sound that is both diverse and personal. Depending on the venue and setting, the band is often joined by a talented female vocalist, adding another dynamic layer to their live performances.
Drawing inspiration from artists such as Stevie Wonder, Elvis Costello, Mk.gee, and Fleetwood Mac, Marlborough St Band moves effortlessly across genres including pop, reggae, rock, funk, and soul. Their live sets balance original songs with carefully chosen covers, creating a performance that keeps audiences engaged from beginning to end.
